How to Read a Ford Maverick Accessory Fitment Chart

Ford Maverick accessory fitment chart with model year, powertrain, trim and exclusion fields highlighted

EVERY ROW, FOOTNOTE AND REQUIRED-PART NOTE MUST MATCH

High confidence · Last verified 27 Oct 2026

A fitment result is valid only when the exact model year, powertrain, drivetrain, trim or package, body/bed configuration and existing equipment match—and all exclusions and required adapters are satisfied. A marketplace title saying “2022–2026 Maverick” is not enough.

A fitment chart is a logic statement. The product fits only when every required condition is true. Sellers often compress that logic into a broad title, which is where expensive returns begin.

Chart fieldQuestion to answer
Year rangeDoes it explicitly include the truck’s model year and refresh generation?
Engine/powertrainHybrid or 2.0L EcoBoost?
DrivetrainFWD, AWD or Advanced 4WD?
Trim/packageXL/XLT/Lariat/Tremor/Lobo; 4K or other required package?
Mounting interfaceNaked roof, factory track, bed rail, T-slot or receiver size?
ExclusionsMoonroof, factory flare, tow hook, sensor or bedliner conflict?
Required partsAdapter, track kit, clamps, wiring harness or alignment hardware?
RatingOn-road, off-road, dynamic, static, tongue or payload limit?

Read “fits with” and “does not fit” as equally important. A rack may fit only with a separate track kit. A mud flap may fit only without factory flares. A lighting bracket may fit a year range but not a refreshed hood hinge. A cover may fit the bed yet conflict with the rack you plan to add.

Part numbers control the purchase. Product names are reused across sizes and generations, so compare the SKU shown in the application result with the SKU in the cart and on the box. If a retailer disagrees with the manufacturer, pause and ask the manufacturer for written confirmation.

Load language also needs translation. “500 lb static” does not authorize 500 lb while driving; “rack capacity” does not override the truck, rail, adapter or payload limit. The lowest applicable limit wins.

Bottom line

Treat a fitment chart as a checklist, not a green badge. Exact configuration, exclusions, required hardware, paired-accessory conflicts and the correct part number all have to agree.
