These Terms of Use govern your use of DoesItFit, including our guides, AI Assistant and member features. They are written for our pre-launch product and should be reviewed by counsel before the public launch.

What DoesItFit provides

DoesItFit helps people research vehicle parts, compatibility and buying options. Guides and AI-assisted answers are informational tools. They may summarize manufacturer documentation and other sources, but they are not a substitute for confirming the exact part number, vehicle configuration, installation requirements, safety implications or current price with the manufacturer, seller or qualified installer.

Your decisions remain yours

You are responsible for purchase, installation, driving and modification decisions. Before buying or installing a part, confirm fitment for your specific vehicle and follow the relevant manufacturer instructions, load limits, local laws and safety guidance. Do not rely on DoesItFit as a guarantee that a product will fit, be safe or be available at a stated price.

Accounts

You may create a free account through our member system. Keep access to the email account used for sign-in secure. We may change, suspend or discontinue account features as the product develops.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it at a scale that harms the service, or use it to infringe another person’s rights. Do not present an answer from DoesItFit as a manufacturer warranty, professional installation advice or a safety certification.

Content and links

DoesItFit content, design and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use guides for your personal research. External links are provided for convenience; the destination site controls its own content, availability, prices and privacy practices.

Changes and availability

Vehicle specifications, product availability, prices and manufacturer guidance can change. We may update guides, the AI Assistant, these terms or the service itself. The date above indicates the most recent update to this page.
