Will a Grille Guard or Bull Bar Fit a Ford Maverick?

FIT IS YEAR-, TRIM- AND SENSOR-SPECIFIC; 2025+ IS A NEW FRONT-END CHECK

Do not transfer a 2022–2024 Maverick grille guard or bull bar to a 2025+ truck unless the manufacturer explicitly approves it. Ford redesigned the bumper, grille and headlamps for 2025. Confirm bracket year, tow-hook opening, active grille area, front camera, radar and parking-sensor clearance before buying or drilling.

Black Horse's published modular guard instructions identify a 2022–2023 Maverick application and a dedicated bracket set. That documentation does not extend the part to 2024 or the redesigned 2025+ fascia.

Ford says the 2025 Maverick has a redesigned front bumper and trim-specific grilles, with new driver-assistance equipment including available 360-degree camera hardware. A bar that physically bolts on can still obstruct a camera view, sensor field, airflow or recovery point.

Bottom line

The bracket and electronics decide fit—not the width of the bar. For 2025+ trucks, require a newly documented application. Never relocate or cover a driver-assistance sensor based on a visual guess.

If recovery access is the goal, start with the Maverick tow-hook and receiver configuration rather than an appearance-only guard.
