Light-bar fit does not answer sunroof clearance
A rack can fit the roof while a light bar, wind deflector, or front crossbar changes the space above the sunroof. The Prinsu Pro Tacoma Cab Rack is listed for 2005–2023 Tacomas and offers an optional 40-inch light-bar cutout. Its current product page does not say that the sunroof can tilt or slide with that rack and its accessories installed, so do not treat the light-bar option as sunroof approval. Ask the rack maker whether the sunroof can both tilt and slide with the rack installed, then repeat the question for your chosen light bar, wind deflector, awning brackets, recovery boards, and tent. Accessory height and crossbar placement can be the deciding constraint.
